HISTORY
Arslan Eloksal was established in 1970 as an average enterprise in 250 m² covered area and started to serve about Polisage and Anodising and then, moved to new Alibeyköy foundations which has 3500 m² covered section in 5250 m²area in 1973.
In 1974, Arslan Eloksal has started to use its 400 ton process controlled extrusion press and produced joinery auxiliary profiles.In 1975, by begining to use the 1200 ton process controlled extrusion press, the capacity and production has increased and production of all aluminium profiles both moulding and anodising have been achieved as integrated. In 1980, Arslan Eloksal has changed its name as Arslan Alüminyum San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. and decided to move to the Industrial Area of Bilecik because there was not enough place for growing and related to the decisions of local management and then the company started the construction of the new establishment in 1986.
In 1988, 11.000 m² area of factory estate which is 40.000 m² was covered and die production, press department, static powder coating and anodising institutions have been completed and started production. After these new departments started to produce , in 1992, 5300 m² area was covered and new anodising department which has 48000 amp/h capacity have been established.Meanwhile, the construction of the 1600 ton process controlled extrusion press has begun but could be started to use in 1999. In 2000 , 6000 m² area has been covered and the static powder coating institution which has 275.000 m2/month capacity has been started to produce.In 2004 , the new area which has 85.000 m² open space and 3.500 m² covered space in the Second Industrial Area of Bilecik has been taken.By being carried die production department to the new place our die production has been increased.Besides, in the 2nd quarter of 2004, aluminium processing centre and various mechanical threatment machines are started to use in this foundation.In the 6th month of 2004, the third press which is 1100 ton process controlled extrusion press has been started to run in the foundation.
In 2005, film covering foundation has been taken and has started to make appearence of wood, granite and marble effect.
In 2006,the factory’s 10.000m² part that is in the Second Industrial Area has completed and 1600 ton process controlled fourth pres, has been taken and started to produce.In the 2nd term of 2006,2750 ton process controlled fifth pres has been taken and also this pres started to produce.
The 4th quarter of 2007, 4000 ton process controlled extrusion press which has been given order in 2006 is going to set up and will be in process 1th quarter of 2008.Because of the increase in production,company has decided to expand packaging and wrapping department.Therefore,the construction of this 10.500 m2 area will be completed the 4th quarter of 2007.In addition, foundry project has been started in 2007.Capacity of the foundry is 92.000 ton/year, the amount of 24.000 ton/year will be in process June of 2008.
. When all of these investments are completed, approximately June of 2008. Arslan Aluminyum’s theoretical capacity is going to be 4500 ton/month for aluminium profil, 1450 ton/month for anodising, 750 ton/month for powder coating, 375 ton/month for decorative film coating unit and also for producing aluminium billet 2000ton/month.
